P = Purpose
- Define your personal purpose: Why do you do what you do?
- Define your customer’s purpose: What problem or dream drives them?
- Align the two — Purpose connects people.

A = Ability
- Know your product inside out.
- Listen deeply — show you understand their needs better than anyone.
- Use storytelling to demonstrate your ability, not just state it.

P = Priorities
- Ask smart questions to uncover true priorities.
- Don’t assume — discover.
- Match your solution to their hierarchy of needs (price, quality, speed, impact, etc.)

A = Attitude
- Stay curious, not desperate.
- Reframe rejection as redirection.
- Show genuine gratitude and enthusiasm.
