Together, they guide how you connect, communicate, and close — without feeling pushy or fake.”

 

P = Purpose 

  • Define your personal purpose: Why do you do what you do?
  • Define your customer’s purpose: What problem or dream drives them?
  • Align the two — Purpose connects people.

A = Ability 

 

  • Know your product inside out.
  • Listen deeply — show you understand their needs better than anyone.
  • Use storytelling to demonstrate your ability, not just state it.

 

P = Priorities

 

  • Ask smart questions to uncover true priorities.
  • Don’t assume — discover.
  • Match your solution to their hierarchy of needs (price, quality, speed, impact, etc.)

 

A = Attitude

  • Stay curious, not desperate.
  • Reframe rejection as redirection.
  • Show genuine gratitude and enthusiasm.
