  • Achieved the highest number of pharmacies utilising the ASSET computer analysis tool in Australia during its first quarter, a first for a pharmaceutical company, despite overcoming objections related to intellectual property theft.
  • Secured the highest sales for a drug launch in Queensland for Bispro and Diaformin XR in 2009.
  • Attained the highest percentage of rewarded pharmacies for the “Business Rewards” incentive across Australia.

P&O, Princess, Cunard Cruise Lines:

  • Recorded the highest increase in the number of partnership travel agents for P&O and Princess Australia cruise lines (agents with sales exceeding a specified amount annually).
  • Achieved the most substantial growth in travel agents organising group business for P&O Australia in 2006.
  • Outperformed a team of nine sales managers to be recognised as the most cost-effective sales and marketing employee in Australia.
  • Nominated by RACQ for Queensland Sales Representative of the Year in 2006.
  • Attained the highest sales nationally for the Harvey World Travel Countdown Sale.
  • Recorded the highest sales growth in a territory for both P&O and Princess Australia.

The Travel Corporation - AAT Kings:

  • Achieved the highest sales increase nationally.
  • Awarded RACQ Travel, QLD Sales Representative of the Year.

NSW Tourism:

  • Secured the highest sales increase in a territory while based in Sydney.

Thomas Cook Travel:

  • Recognised as the No. 1 Customer Service Consultant in Australia, achieving a rare 100% score in a mystery shop evaluation.

 

Leisa, originally from Bundaberg, Australia, now lives in Brisbane with her husband Chris and their children, Daniel and Sophie. They enjoy life on their acreage property , where they share their home with two border collies, a kitten, a flock of sheep and a couple of kangaroos.

Professional Qualifications 

  • Bachelor of Arts Degree - Starting in Psychology and ultimately majoring in Tourism, Communications and Sociology.
  • DiSC personality test completion and understanding of how to relate to clients. (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness).
